Freedom House provides a wide variety of services to victims of domestic and and sexual violence.

A client does not have to be living in the shelter to receive other Freedom House Services.

24-Hour Crisis Line is a toll free service available to anyone who is in need of emergency assistance: 1-800-474-6031

24-Hour Safe Shelter provides a safe place to stay in crisis situations for victims of domestic or sexual abuse and their children.

24-Hour Access to Advocacy provides a variety of services to domestic and sexual violence victims: Victims who present in the hospital, to law enforcement, by phone, or in person will receive support and education about issues of domestic and sexual violence and assistance with medical, legal, and counseling follow up. Advocates will assist the victim with safety planning and filing for an Emergency Order of Protection or Civil No Contact order.

Follow-up advocacy provides services such as continued legal advocacy, accessing victim compensation, resources and referrals, and providing support and information to significant others.

Counseling Services provides individual, group, and crisis counseling to adult victims and child victims of domestic or sexual assault.

Education and Training provides prevention education to area schools and also provides professional education to any community group that seeks it.
